The fifth edition of the Global Industrie exhibition took place from March 7 to 10, 2023 in Lyon (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region). Assembled on the theme “industry is ready”, this edition boasted 2,300 exhibitors, of whom around 40% were foreigners from 40 different countries, welcoming around 65,000 visitors from 85 countries (only 7% of common visitors between the Parisian and Lyon editions).*

The fair has three main aims: to support the entire industrial community (the whole industry ecosystem, value chain and all the user markets), to value women’s and men’s efforts, and to promote industry throughout Europe.

Six French companies were recognized as part of the “Golden Tech 2023” for their European and international industrial excellence. These are Numalliance, world leader in sheet metal (Grand Est region), Protect Choc (TOTEM Group), which specializes in detection-alert systems (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region), Keyprod, which develops industrial production monitoring solutions (Ile de France/Paris region), Neolithe, specializing in the fusion of design, technology and spatial planning (Pays de la Loire region), SoMoCap, manufacturer of composite rubber moldings (Nouvelle Aquitaine region) and PureNat, which produces air purifiers (Nouvelle Aquitaine region).

Of the 23 nominees for these awards, only two foreign businesses were selected: Shining Procédé, which builds 3D parts for the aerospace and medical sector (Switzerland) and ZW3D, a drawing tool from China.

The sixth edition of Global Industrie will take place in Paris from March 25 to 28, 2024.
